If you have between 3 and 20 people and wish to plan a private itinerary, please contact us. We will help you plan your perfect adventure.
We operate on all the following cycle trails in the South Island of New Zealand. We are able to combine or cherry-pick the best parts of these trails to create the perfect itinerary:

We have 12-seater vans and custom-built bike trailers with a capacity of up to 11 guests per van (including 2 spare ebikes). We can cater for private groups from 4 to 20 people, including ebikes and luggage.
We have been operating cycle tours for over 10 years and were the original cycle tour on the Alps 2 Ocean. We continuously strive to improve our tours, pushing up the quality of the accommodation, food, bikes, and equipment. As well as the level of support and service we provide our guests. Our guides are highly trained and knowledgeable of the areas we visit and well-equipped to deal with any situation.

What's the minimum number of people for a private tour?List Item 1
There is no minimum number for a private tour. The main limiting factor is the availability of the accommodation. The price depends on the number of people in your group and what you want to include. More people generally means a lower price.

What's the maximum number of people for a private tour?List Item 2
We can cater for up to 11 people per vehicle. We can handle groups of up to 40 people depending on availability of accommodation, and the number of other tours we have on at the same time. The earlier you get in touch the better!

How and when do we pay?List Item 4
We require a $500 per person deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 2 months prior to trip departure. We offer group discounts depending on the number of people on the tour. Please get in touch for further information.
